I'm trying to create a custom payroll run in the past but the interface won't let me input the employees' hours. Please help! I contacted Square but they don't call me back. What gives?!

Another seller brought up a similar question in another thread and received an answer. Check out Sean's reply in "Can I run payroll for a period that has passed?" and let us know if that helps. In addition, I'll be raising your post to our Payroll Team so that someone can check in with you directly to make sure everything gets sorted out.
