How can I manually enter employees hours that they didn't clock in for?
I have employees that have worked hours before I got my payroll up and running. I would like to have their withholdings taken out as well as for tax purposes have the hours they worked in my system. Does anyone know how to run an off cycle payment?

Hey @Dscheuer10 - You can definitely enter in hours that predate your time with Square Payroll. When you run an off-cycle and choose that timeframe, our system will pull timecards from those dates. You would also want to ensure that you select the payment method of paying the employee via manual check assuming the employee was already paid for the time period.
