Sometimes modifiers can be a physical product (i.e. condiments, embellishments, etc.) which has a cost.  Currently I don't see the ability to enter cost for modifiers and therefore can't accurately track overall margins.  Am I missing something?? If not, is this a capability that will soon be available?
