Though we don't have a way to reorder the tipping and receipt screens, you do have a couple of options regarding your tipping and signature screens. You have the ability to tip on a separate screen so your customers will have to go through one extra screen dedicated just to tipping before they are able to complete their purchase. 

Another option would be to have both your tipping options and your signature field on the same screen so your customer's can complete both functions on one screen. 

The last option would be to print out a receipt and have your customers sign and tip on the printed receipts.
