How do I contact a customer? She did not leave an email. The amount I charged her was incorrect.
How do I contact a customer? She did not leave an email. The amount I charged her was incorrect. Can square contact her and then contact me so I can rectify the mistake?

If there's any chance that you overcharged your customer by mistake, you can take care of it right away by issuing a partial refund.
If your customer was undercharged, please send the payment info to our Support Team directly. We'll look into getting you connected with them ASAP so that you can process the remaining amount. 👍
