How do I delete the review part of my email receipt?

When I email receipts to clients, each receipt automatically has happy and sad face buttons where people can leave reviews. How do I remove this? I just want to send receipts with no review option.

Hello @nickirmt 

 

You can turn off the feedback on your web dashboard.

 

Customers -> Settings -> Feedback.

 

Please note any receipts that have already been sent will still have the feedback options on top.

 

That said, I do recommend the feedback tool. It's a great way to solve problems before they end up on some random review site.
