Need to change an employee email address however that field is uneditable when editing employee information.

Hi @RodneyMorrison, apologies you haven't received an update on this post yet.

Your employees will need sign in on the website in order to update their login (and password, should they ever need to.) First, you can enable the Dashboard permission for the employee from the Team section if it's not already.

Note: Dashboard access can be toggled on without any other permissions enabled, so their access is restricted solely to updating their login information.

I am having the same sort of problem. I entered the wrong email address for the employee. She can log into her account using the erroneous email, but we cannot find any way to edit the email address. On her profile page there is no email address shown anywhere that can be edited.

Hi @Tom_Herman - Has your employee been able to login from a web browser at the link Spencer provided above? She should be able to edit her email address there once logged in.
