Can you provide more details on what you're having trouble with?
Were you referring to the Appointments app or the Point of Sale app with Customer Directory?

I’m referring to the appointment app.i used to be able to import a new client contact info...now it seems I have to enter all their info “by hand” instead of from the contacts in my phone

Unfortunately, with the new Appointments Point of Sale app, we weren't able to include the ability to import clients from the app.
Our Appointments team is currently working to get this feature back but, there's no timeline on this as of right now.
