How do I set it up so my employee can accept payment thru her phone when I'm not there?

How do I set it up so she can accept client's payments through her phone, going to my account, when I am not there with my phone to do it??

In your account settings, go to the Employee section and create an entry for them.  This gives them their own login to the Register app and allows you to restrict what sections of the app they can use and for you to track what charges/refunds they have done.
