We are a non-profit using square to issue tickets for an event. We want to send a followup email with instruction and prepare them for the event. We had planned on using Square's automated campaigns to send the email, but it appears they don't work for us. 

The campaign email editor requires that we offer a coupon against a future purchase. Seriously? There is no way in the editor to remove the coupon! These are campaigns that already charge us $0.10 per send.

Unless we find a solution we'll have to find another vendor. Any help?
