How do you manually send “Item shipped” emails to customers?

How do you manually send “Item shipped” emails to customers? my store is not live yet but I want to be able to send them emails once their orders are shipped. Can someone help?

Hey @SbSTiff-

 

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

 

The system will automatically send a confirmation email when you a) create the label for the order or b) mark the order as shipped. If you are manually marking an order as shipped, you can enter the tracking number before updating. Otherwise the number will automatically be included if you generate the label from your store.

I updated the shipment of orders with a tracking number but my customers received an email without tracking
