How to remove a customer from email marketing campaign?
I have sent out a recent marketing campaign via email. I have two customers that wish to unsubscribe, but I don't know who they are? How can I find out that information
Though we can't take back a marketing campaign that has already been sent out, you can remove a customer from your Customer Directory to ensure that they will not receive any additional marketing emails going forward. You can manage and edit your Customer Directory right from your Online Dashboard!
