How verification email so I can get paid?

I need a copy of the verification form so I can start getting paid can someone send it to me I am told it was emailed to me but I cannot find it

Hey! Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for the confusion here, but I'm not sure I understand what you're referring to. What verification form are you looking for? And, are you receiving any other emails from Square?
