I am receiving email receipts to my business email from someone else's account. Meanwhile, I still receive reciepts for my account via my personal email. I can't call customer service as I went through the steps to get a customer code and they referred me to email. I am waiting on an email reply but wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did about it.

on the bottom of the receipt, there is a link like "not my receipt". click it and it will disassociate your email from their card. email's get entered in error sometimes during checkout. next time that person goes to use that card it will ask them for a way to send the receipt.
