I can not get my Square reader to work. I have entered all account ingormstion etc and get to a page that says Square needs access to microphone. I have contacted Apple the iphone is completely updated with version 10.3.1 and has no problems. Apple says the issue is with Square.. I have been at this for two days and our event is tomorrow. Help please..

Hi @Tac — welcome to the seller community and sorry to hear about the trouble with getting set up!

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot. It sounds like you still may need to enable microphone permissions. To do so on your iOS device, head over to to Settings > Privacy > Microphone. Toggle on the Point of Sale switch (it should display as green) to grant Point of Sale access to your microphone.
