I used my iPhone for Square today. How can I close out the day? I do not have a report option

Around 12:30 am Square will email you a Daily Sales Summary Report that shows the total you collected within a 24hour period. If you don't want to wait for it, go to your Square Dashboard to see your gross sales for any given period.

 

You can't really "close out" from your iPhone app. You can choose Activity in the menu of the app, but it will just show you individual transactions, it won't give you a total.

 

You can always log into your Square Dashboard from your phone using the phone's web browser to see your gross sales as well.

@Lookout I think I totally misunderstood your question and gave you the wrong answer.  If you were actually referencing getting a deposit report, see George's reponse to this thread about setting a custom deposit time.
