Importing list to market to?

Hi, I exported my transactions list and filtered to identify one time visits for 2017 and 2018. I'd like to see if it's possible to import this list back into Square and create a segment to market to the eligible customers and try to win them back. Is this possible?

Hey @schemjo!

That's a great question. At this time, we do not have the ability to import reports. The only excel sheets that can be imported are customer directory and item library spreadsheets.

This is a great idea though. In the meantime, you'll have to view that list from the Dashboard directly. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

Since I can't import is there any way to market to this group?

@schemjo

Using Square Marketing you can market to specific groups via email. You can target email lists—like new customers, custom groups you create, lapsed customers, and regular customers.

Let me know if you have any questions about it.

How can I create a group of the members that I created in the export?

Hmmm. I'm not sure I understand your question fully.

If you'd like to create a campaign for a specific group of customers, you can do so here.

If you would like to export a specific group of customers that exists in the Dashboard, you can do so from here by clicking Import/Export.

Let me know if this doesn't answer your question.
