Hi, is it possible to email customers per item purchase? I am selling event tickets via the online store - but also have been giving people the opportunity to purchase their tickets at the food cart. However, the tickets purchased at the cart don't necessarily have a full name attached - and there was no email collected. Is there a way to email all of the event ticketholders - whether or not they purchased via online or in person at the cart? Thanks!

Well if you didn't get the email at the time of purchase there is no email to send the email to. You need to use customer directory to add the customer name and email at the time of purchase to the sale.
