Is there a way to turn off the auto refund when you don't confirm the order as shipped?

If you don't confirm an online order as shipped within the alotted time period the payment is refunded. Is there a way to turn this off?

@VanKalkerFarms - Thanks for digging up those articles! They're very helpful! 

 

@odustin - Just as a follow up, for Pick Up orders, they're automatically accepted once the preparation time is exceeded. For shipping orders, you must manually confirm the order within the set shipping timeframe. I've definitely seen auto-accept as a requested feature. I'll be sure to share your feedback!
