I have a loyalty program set up for two specific items. One item is worth 1 star, the other is worth 2 stars. Once I finished setting up the program, on my dashboard it says "Stars Allowed per Order: One"
This isn't accurate. Customers should recieve as many stars as they get based on the items. Meaning if they buy one of the 2 star item they get 2 stars. And if they buy four of the 2 star items they get 8 stars.
What gives?

Hey @NickE, thanks for pointing this out.
I'll run this by our Loyalty team and circle back as soon as I have more clarity. Thanks for your patience!

Thanks for your patience, @NickE. I'm happy to report that this is just error with the copy on the Dashbaord. Your customers will still earn their respective amount of stars that they deserve (1 or 2). I'll let our Loyalty Team know about this little bug - hopefully it's something they can get around to fixing. Thanks so much for reporting! Let me know if run into any other questions!
