Never received a free square mag stripe reader

I have been with square for a little while and I have never received a free mag stripe upon sign up. How do I receive one?

Hello , I tried that site and it’s still asking for the $10 charge.

@baddie Please contact our direct CS team if you've never had an account/reader with us before and it's still trying to ask for card information.

You can also get them in stores and the packaging comes with a code inside to get your $10 back.
