Online Store: I can't see notes customers put in when ordering an item
When our customers are putting notes in the notes block about an item when they purchase from our square store I can't see it. Am I missing something?

Hi @barkleysbakery, sorry for any confusion. These are the steps to view the notes a customer adds to their Onilne Store order:
- Sign in to your online Square Dashboard > go to Online Store section.
- Click Orders > edit the date range, and then under Export Order Details on the right scroll down > and then click Download CSV.
- When you open that CSV file there is a column for Notes.
Is this where you were looking for the notes?

Thanks for the response. No I wasn’t. I thought you would be able to see it just looking at the order on the dashboard. I will try this and see if it’s visible that way
