Only one Delivery Driver available

We only have ONE DELIVERY Driver available, in house. We offer delivery at 12 noon, and when people order from us, it always defaults to 12:30-12:45...

 

My question is, We cant be in multiple locations at once, if everyone has delivery scheduled at 12:30. Is there a setting to show that a time slot is taken? It's frustrating to try to make this self-serving, and then angry customers are calling asking why their order hasn't been delivered.

Heya @TheWSSB and welcome to the Community.

 

At the time there's not a way to show a time slot is taken. I see how that would be troublesome in your case with one driver.

 

I'd recommend playing with your Estimated Delivery Time in the Pickup & Delivery settings to maybe make it longer so people know there's a bigger window in which it might arrive.
