Yesterday square automatically cancelled a gift certificate order. How can I contact the purchaser and how do I stop this happening in the future

Hi @Kfelimond! Welcome to the Community.
It sounds like you have an Online Store with us and the order for this gift certificate expired before any action was marked.
Have you checked your Online Store portion of your Dashboard to see if this is the case?
