My POS & Appointment app have different items on them. My appointment app does not let me load gift cards & add to an invoice. I have to switch back to the original POS for it to work. Also my discounts that I have on my POS are not on my appointment app at all. Not sure what to do but it’s a hassle going back & forth between the two and not being able to check out a customer in the appointment app so I don’t have to line item each service all the time. Any suggestions?
