We just hired an employee that already gets paid through square payroll from another business. I tried to set her up on our account be she gets an error code when she follows the onboarding link. Can she not use the same email two get back from both my company and her other job?

Yes, an employee can use the same email for multiple businesses. When they log in, they should have the option to choose which business they need to view.
