How do I file a claim? I've paid for a product on 6/26 and have yet to receive it. I've reached out to the seller through her post, Messenger, and email. She's given me the run around and I've asked for a refund, but I'm being ignored.

Square doesn't handle interactions between a customer and a seller. If you're unable to contact the seller, you'll need to file a complaint with your credit card issuer.
