I have a small vending setup using the honor system. I have the pictured items in register library the customer selects for their purchase, then save and select their name in tickets. I charge at the end of the week, but I have no way of tracking customer sales because it is an open ticket, not customer that I can name. I also have to re-enter names after closing ticket. It is also difficult to accept partial payment and keep ticket open. Any ideas to make it easier?

Hello. I asked a similar question via email and the response was to look at the Open Tickets feature. I found Open Tickets in the Support Center in an article titled Use Open Tickets with Square. Looks like it will work for me. Hope it helps.
