Selecting the Best Employee Permissions & Roles for your Staff

I am self employed working out of a spa as an independent contractor. The front desk staff is asking for a calendar so they can book my appointments. Is there a way to provide access to my online calendar so the front desk staff can add appointments, or delete/change when someone calls to change? TIA for help.

Welcome to the seller community and thanks for bringing this up. While you can only book appointments by signing into your account, you can sync your personal Google Calendar with Square Appointments. Then, you can share that calendar with the front desk staff for visibility.

 

I realize this doesn't solve for the issue of someone else booking appointments for you without having to use your login to complete the task, though I hope it helps clear things up for now.
