Sending emails to all customers in my contact list

Every time I send a email marketing update I select send to all active contacts, but it only sends exactly 312. This is leaving out hundreds of customers that are listed as active. Anyone else have this issue and what do I do to fix it.?

It's possible that the difference includes bounced or unsubscribed emails, but hundreds is a lot!

 

Is it possible that you are sending to a Directory Group that you have created, @Abstractartist? 🎨

I was under the impression that any bounced email addresses are automatically removed so they don't keep sending to unused accounts? But yes that would not account for over a 100, and I only have maybe 1-2 unsubscribe for any email blast. 

I'll double check the numbers but something is not adding up...thanks for your response!
