Ship a payment order

I just linked square as a second checkout method to my website.  The $ comes in as a payment, not an order, and because it's coming in as a payment, it's not connecting me to be able to ship that way.  

How can I correct this so I can make shipping a seamless process?  Thanks!

Have you checked to see if Strikingly appears as an eCommerce integration option?
 

  1. You can head to your online Square Dashboard > Orders > Order Partners.

  2. Click Get Started to view ordering partner options


You can also connect to partners through the Square App Marketplace.

 

If you don't see Strikingly here, you'll need to refer to Strikingly's order management page for more information, @jenri.

 

The Orders tab in your Square account will manage orders placed via your Square Online website or through third-party providers. You can learn more about managing orders using this tab by heading to this page - let us know if you have other questions!
