Shipping problem

I had a customer tell me she couldn't order from my website because it said "address not deliverable" only it most definitely is considering it's just outside Atlanta, Georgia USA. I've checked the settings and it looks like it's been set up properly. I have no idea why it said that.

Also, apparently the shipping is only applying to 9 items but I have more than that so it should be applying to all of them.

I have the free version of square store.

Can you help?

HI, there has been a few posts regarding stores that have Shipping AND Pickup/Delivery as their options for purchases.

I did click a few items and see you offer Local Delivery enter delivery address. Was she requesting delivery? or Shipping?

It does not matter if currently using the free plan, the Shipping, Pickup/Delivery should work as intended.

Shipping. She lives in Georgia, I live in Louisiana. The delivery is for local only, meaning the New Orleans metro area.
