Some people sign up for the loyalty program and are inactive for months. How do I delete them

Tourists sign up and never return, costing me  $$. How can I search for these people in a list and subsequently delete them.

Hey @higgles2!

 

To manage your Loyalty customers, you would just need to head to your Customer Directory within your Square Dashboard. From there, you would need to filter your list from All Customers to to Loyalty Participants and then tap on Last Visit which will organize the list in ascending or descending order of the last time they visited. Once you've filtered it to your preference, you can select the customer's name to edit or delete their profile. Hope that helps!

How does it cost you money? Isn't square loyalty based on visits? or is it based on number of loyal customers?
