I finally solved my dilema: My solution: uninstall Square app and re-install it. Presto! The lost icon appeared. Hope this helps somebody else avoid my headache. I'd add one more star to squares approval rating if they designed a customer friendly website and maybe even a live tech support. Now I will search for the promised customer number.
