Square stand or mobile setup?

Hi,

I operate a coffee cart in a mall like environment that has wifi. Im debating about wether to get a a mobile blutooth setup or the full on "square stand." They seem like they are a similar price. Id prefer to get all the features of the square stand but i wont have the ability to plug into a router directly through ethernet. Can I setup the square stand, printer and drawer with just a wifi connection?

I found some feedback on Square Stand (we also have a new product called Register, but it's price point is $999 so I didn't think you were considering that one) from @VanKalkerFarms. I believe they also use the mobile set up for events or farmers markets, and might share that experience too!
