Time zone incorrect in Square - How to resolve?

Everything was great for a couple months, but now our analytic graphs are 2 hours off.  So 8am sales show at 6am on the graph.  3pm sales are showing as 1pm.  

I checked and the time is correct on the i-pad.

How do I get it swtiched back to the correct time?

Gets confusing for analytics!

Hello @rrj

 

Have you checked to make sure your business hours are in the correct time zone? You can check by logging onto your Square Dashboard. From here head to Account & Settings and then click on locations. Once you select the location, the business hours will be towards the bottom of the page. 

 

If you're business timezone matches up please let me know so we can keep troubleshooting!
