Track orders via dashboard

Our shop is setup in two parts, cashier and fulfillment team. Is there a way that we can track transactions through square app? That is, cashiers make transactions as it queues up by id and grouped by categories, the fulfillment team sees the transaction on a different device, fulfills the transaction and close the ticket.

We also need to see the transaction by categories.

I'm interested in learning a little more about how your business operates. Is the fulfillment team at the same location as the cashiers?

You could have your fulfillment team monitor the transactions report to view incoming orders. If both teams are in the same location, you might be able to use a kitchen ticket printer to send orders to the fulfillment team.
