Underpayment of state payroll taxes

Started to use Square Payroll in January this year. Received a notice from CA EDD today that there are underpayments for the 1st quarter, and we are now subject to penalties and interest on top of the underpayment. Square Payroll tax reports show the same amounts due as does EDD, but Square didn't send in all the money. My account is not privy to phone support and I have yet to get a reply from my Support email. How do I get Square Payroll to take of this issue for me promptly and pay for the penalties and interest incurred.

I was able to check in on this and it looks like a Payroll Specialist was able to get back to you via email.
