Using custom hours and personal events but other staff still able to schedule appointments

I share the Square Appointment App with two other technicians (we all use the same log-in; no additional staff set up) and I have set customized hours and even tried using Personal Events to block time I'm out of the office but the other technicians are still able to schedule appointments in my "busy/out of office" hours... I have the toggle set to blue where it says "Block Off Time as Busy"...is there something I'm missing that would prompt them that those times are unavailable/unable to schedule?

Hey @TVTR, the solution here would be to increase the number of staff members on your account. There is no workaround for sharing an Appointments login and scheduling blocked off time.
