Weebly and square disconnect

Hi I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I had a square account for my online business. Everything was going great until I moved and had to change my address. I had to get a new square checking account because of the move. My Weebly website keeps putting money into a square account that I no longer have and is supposed to be deactivated. How can I fix this? It is incredibly frustrating as there is no way to have Weebly sync to my new account. I am already starting to switch to Shopify over how frustrating this has been.

HI, Square obtained Weebly 2018 now being one platform.  You would need to contact Square Support.

 

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
