What happens if my customer's prepayment is declined?

What happens if my customer's prepayment is declined on my booking site? Can they still book an appointment?

Hey @TheFreshLoaf, thats a great question! 

 

If you your customer tries to book an appointment and their card declines, the appointment will not schedule.
