Why am I seeing an "unassigned" user on transactions?

We began using Square Point of Sale this weekend in our new Pub/Restaurant. I have a main terminal iPad set up with a Bluetooth printer and servers are set up to use that terminal by the bar or their own tablets at table side for taking orders.
With one server, each time he starts a ticket on his device it shows up as "unassigned user"
If he begins a check at the main iPad terminal it puts it under his name.
???
Any ideas?
Help on resolving this?

Hmm, strange! For your setup, I'm assuming your staff have the Mobile Register Access enabled in permissions, correct? 

 

Can you take a look at your Employees page and confirm that the staff member is in the same "Role" as the others? Let me know!
