Why are my hours of operation not reflecting my booking site?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: What do I do]

 

Why is it that when I'm setting my open and closed time from 9am to 5pm people can only book 11am??? I'm checking the app over and over again to make sure I'm saving my time but the time continues to remain!!! What do i do?

Happy to look into this for you. Can you provide me the link to your booking site please? Also, is this just a recent occurrence, or has this always been the case?
