Why are some of my confirmation texts not being sent?

The confirmation texts for my business is set for 2 days prior their appointment. On my end it looks like it has been sent but I've received complaints from several of our clients that they have not received a confirmation for their appointment. I have also tried to send our own texts to our client but receive a notification that the message "Failed to Send" and the text bubble turns red. This has only happened to 4-5 of our clients and not our entire clientele. I've even checked one of our client's list of blocked number and our square number wasn't listed.

 

I contacted Square Appointments tech support and was on the call for an hour. Sounded like the agent was trying to help me and I was on hold for most of the call while they tried troubleshooting my account. Somehow the call ended and I was directed to a survey even though my issue was never resolved 😞 Hope this can be fixed.
