I received payment from an invoice in August of 2021. I have periodically been trying to transfer the money into my bank account but there have been holds on my account. Now, I can't even find where the holds are, and it still won't let me transfer my money. Someone help.

While we don't have access to account specifics from the Community, we would recommend checking your emails for an email from our Account Services team as they typically reach out there and can direct you accordingly.
