Why some of the order tickets missing the waiters ...

I use the square up POS system in my restaurant.

I am wondering why some of the order tickets printing out in the kitchen have the waiters name on it and sometimes they don't.

This is becoming an issue in the restaurant when we're busy and we need to know who took a specific order.

Is there something in the settings I can change so that EVERY order ticket that comes into the kitchen has the waiters name on it?
