Hi @Tortrexmedia - How are you looking for your feedback? Have you tried going to your Dashboard > Customers (on the left hand navigation) > Feedback (tab on top)? Here's a direct link to it as well.

You will start seeing feedback once customers leave it by clicking the receipt they receive from their transaction.
