Editing Grid from 5x5 to 3x3

Hi, I'm new to Square and so far it is going well. Some of our products have long names and look very similar, on an iPad the 5x5 grid means a lot of the product title is cut off. If we could make the grid 3x5 or even just a row it would really help our staff identify products. We even tried to make the iPad text smaller but it appears this is controlled within the app.

Please help, any suggestions would be great.

Thanks for reaching out.

At the moment you're unfortunately not able to edit the number or size of the tiles that appear on the item grid display. I'd be happy to pass your feedback on to our product development team, however I'm not aware of any current plans we have to change this in the future.

What you may find useful though, is to create some custom images to upload into the image fields, that display longer text from within the image itself - I've heard of a few merchants who have done this to achieve the effect of showing more text on an item tile. You should be able to do this via basic image editing tools on a computer or mobile device.
