At the moment Shopify doesn't support integration with Square - it'd be up to them to support us as a payment gateway on their platform.
With that said, if you're looking at changing eCommerce platforms, check out some of the ones that integrate with Square via the apps section of your Dashboard.
We've also recently released an in-house eCommerce platform you can access here.
