This might be the wrong place for this, but:

Square would be so much more helpful to me if there were a way to sort customers or search for customers on fields other than just their name.

For example: I had a potential customer call today who wanted to see my product in person. We are hundreds of miles apart. However, I have dozens of customers who own the product in the same state as the potential sale. If I could search on State, or City, or even Reference ID (that's where I put my show ID) it would have helped me dozens of times in the last year.

I definitely see how ability to search by other fields would be helpful. We know from the Seller Community that it can be helpful for customers to talk to one another about our products, so I see how seeing your product in action could be a way to make sales happen for you. I'll let the team here know about your idea!
